Brianna Fitzpatrick

Discharge Planning

My name is Brianna Fitzpatrick, and I am 28 years old with over 10 years of experience working in the substance use and mental health field. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Human Services, an Addiction Studies Certificate, and an Associate’s Degree in Medical Billing and Coding. I am also a Certified Peer Specialist.

I currently serve as an Aftercare Coordinator at Retreat of Boston and Care Point Boston, where I work closely alongside the Business Development team to help coordinate client care, discharge planning, and ongoing support services. My role allows me to advocate for clients while helping ensure they have the resources, placement, and support they need for continued success in recovery and mental health treatment.

I am passionate about helping individuals through some of the most vulnerable and challenging moments of their lives. I believe in meeting people where they are and providing compassionate, person-centered support tailored to their individual needs. No matter how big or small the request may seem, I take pride in being someone clients can rely on during difficult times.

Working at Retreat of Boston and Care Point Boston has been incredibly meaningful to me because these programs truly prioritize client care and dignity. It is an honor to work alongside teams that are committed to giving clients the support they need, when they need it most. My passion for this field is also deeply personal, shaped by experiences within family dynamics and witnessing the impact that substance use and mental health challenges can have on individuals and loved ones. Those experiences continue to motivate me to advocate for and support others every day.
