With more than 20 years of experience in the mental health and substance use disorder treatment field, Ericka has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals seeking recovery and healing. As the Clinical Director at Retreat of Boston, Ericka oversees the clinical programming, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance to ensure the delivery of high-quality treatment services. She leads a multidisciplinary clinical team of therapists and case managers, manages therapeutic services, and works to maintain a safe, supportive environment that meets accreditation and compliance standards.
