Hi! my name is Neish, and i’ve been working in the substance abuse and mental health field for 2 years here at Retreat of Boston. One of the reasons I love what I do is because I get to witness people’s growth and progress firsthand — seeing the spark come back to them as they heal and start believing in themselves again. Being a tech allows me to support clients during some of the hardest moments in their lives, while showing them genuine care, compassion, and encouragement. It’s rewarding to be part of a team that truly wants to see people succeed and become healthier, happier versions of themselves.
